Top, I use them in the cold season as thick panties, keeps you nice and warm underneath.
And if a few drops do go in, it stays dry.

My third time back, and I have more on the way. Medium fit me better than the large. The amount these covers stretch is insane. They work wonderfully to keep my disposable in place and pick up when they fail. Highly recommend. I wish they came in more fun colors like black or pink.

Great cloth nappy. Good by itself with a cloth booster pad and it provides enough protection or as a nappy cover to provide extra support for a disposable nappy.
